Add any type of seasoning you usually
put into vegetable soup. A potherb, the kind found in the produce dept.
tied with string, is best. Or simply use a large pinch of marjoram,
oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil and a small amount of sage.
Add string beans, zucchini, mushrooms, turnips
in any amount. Peas or lima beans can be used sparingly.
Simmer
together for 1 hour to blend flavors. It has very few calories.
