Frank and Phyllis met at a local teenage gathering place in Parkside called Vivi's. It wasn't long before they were dating. They married and settled down to raise a son, David. They spent all their summers in Avalon at the family house near the beach. In the meantime, they bought a house in the suburbs and enjoyed life to the fullest. Frank passed away in March of 1998, and sadly, Phyllis passed away shortly after in January of 1999.
